Great for landscapes or recording in situations where a little creative curvature of field of view or fish-eye effects. Only the center of your photo will be in focus. Edges will be blurry (which you will not realize until you transfer your photos to your computer) - so in my case I ended up with a bunch of blurred photos which would be fine if I would not use the "wide-angle lens".
