This is a well made unit that is light weight and would be a good upgrade for the pop up flash built into the camera, IF IT WORKED ! It is supposed to be a fully dedicated P-TTL unit. It is not. It does not communicate with the K-x DSLR. It does not flash when it is supposed to and when it does, it over or under exposes by a large amount. There are no manual controls so you can't override it. It may work on an older model camera, but it is useless on a K-x. I doubt if it will work on anything newer. Don't waste your time and money. I wish Amazon would do a better job of verifying the claims made for the products they sell.
