It is easy to work with and does a truly amazing job! Unfortunately, My correspondence with TECH support was not just bad, but TERRIBLE. After my trying more than once to get a simple answer, I never heard back from them. EVEN though I said I would publish a BAD report. They apparently DON'T CARE. My problem with the SVP was that occasionally the software FREEZES. I thought the software could be updated. I also wanted to know if I oould buy extra slide holders. Now that is not a seriour request, BUT they never responded. SO if TECH support is important to you, DON'T buy this product. EVEN though it is a REALLY goood unit. One good thing about this product is that even when the software freezes, you can still download the slides you have already scanned. It would be nice if Amazon would get on their CASE and find out why they can't AT LEAST respond to their e mails. Back To Top NEW!
