Holds canvas, muslin or paper. I bought this for myself for Christmas 2008... and you get what you pay for. This is an inexpensive lighting kit with goodies. I'm happy with that and think it was actually a bargain for what you get. The lights are sturdy and the backdrop is fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the product itself. However, my dealings with Cowboy Studio were less than stellar. I emailed them ahead of time to see if it would make it in time for a project I needed if I paid the fastest shipping and they said yes. Well, come to find out they didn't even ship it until the day of the project then tried to blame it on the shipping company (I'm not sure if they don't realize I could see the information using the tracking number or not). Having said that, I believe they did issue me a partial refund and did admit to it being their fault after I pointed out that it couldn't be the shipping company. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt because it was the holidays and they seem to be a small company and I'm all about small companies. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to order other products from them, I'd just make sure I didn't have a certain date I needed it.
